Residential on-site auctions offer a unique experience to the vendor while at the same time giving the buyer a fantastic opportunity to obtain items of superb quality with an unquestionable provenance. The process begins with a personal visit and appraisal of the house contents from one of our valuers, who will advise any potential client of the most suitable course of action. We will then arrange for our specialist team to prepare the collection for sale at the location, without the need for additional outlays such as carriage to our premises in Rathmines.
